I Love Me More exists to remind us that the kindness we so freely give to others is something we deserve to give ourselves, too.
Why I started.
Becoming a mum, I got very good at caring for everyone else. Somewhere along the way I stopped making space for me.
I Love Me More began with a simple idea: put a kind sentence where you'll see it every single morning. Not a big change. Just a small moment, repeated, until it starts to feel true.
